Gladys Sparks

SPRUCE PINE - Gladys Sparks, 95, formerly of Spruce Pine, NC passed away in Beaufort, SC on January 15, 2023. She was predeceased by her husband of 70 years, Bruce Sparks in 2018. She is survived by her daughter, Janis Sparks of Beaufort, SC, her granddaughter Mary (Brandon) Chapman of Beaufort, SC and her great-grandchildren, Ava, Ella and River Chapman and her grandson John Hartz (Katie) of Front Royal, VA. There are also several nieces and nephews. Bruce and Gladys lived very happily in beautiful Spruce Pine for 30 years. They enjoyed playing golf at Grassy Creek and the company of many friends and family. Anderson Funeral Home in Beaufort, SC is serving the family. Services will be held at a later date.
